Our team helped redesign Subway’s News Center, whose main users are Franchise Owners and Store Employees, where they can get the latest operational, promotional, training and other information as well as late-breaking news and alerts, like recalls.
The ISV Hub was a redesign effort of an existing section on the Microsoft Partner Network website. The project included content and UX strategy to create a personalized experience for the key users, based on where they are in the lifecycle of working with Microsoft.
This project consisted of a redesign of the Microsoft Partner Community (MPC) site, built on the Khoros community platform (formerly Lithium).
This project consisted of a reimagining of their existing experience, which was split between two platforms – the Partner Network portal site and an LMS called “Partner University.” The disjointed experience had room for improvement, and that’s where we came in.
Responsive innovation portal that encourages franchise owners across the globe to do the following: submit innovative ideas, get inspired by reading success stories about launched ideas and also to vote, comment & “like” other ideas. This redesign also entails improving the UX for both front-end users and Admins.
This project consisted of a desktop website built on the SharePoint 2010 platform and a supplemental iPhone app that allows doctors and physicians to track and measure various KPI’s and view Key and Ad hoc reports.
